Senior Manager of Programmatic Outreach

In his role as Manager of Program Certification & Operations, Warren liaises between district arts administrators and Music Will. Warren also manages logistics and presentations at national music conferences, as well as virtual professional development trainings throughout the year. As the modern band movement continues to grow, Warren makes sure teachers interested in bringing modern band to their districts have a reliable and proven path to make it happen!

Warren received his Bachelors in Music from The College of New Jersey and his Masters in Music from The Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University. Both of his degrees were received with a concentration in classical guitar. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Music Education from Boston University.

Warren has also been a mentor for Thomas Edison State University since 2006, working in both the PLA and Music departments. He has instructed online courses on prior learning assessment, music history, and guitar. Besides his work with TESU, Warren’s teaching experience includes private guitar instruction since 1999 and public school teaching of general music, choir, and modern band in the Jersey City Public School system from 2006 to 2017.

In his spare time, Warren enjoys photography and spending time with his wife Kelly, and their two children Catherine and Matthew.
