Tiffanie Williams

Director, Corporate Philanthropy & Events

Tiffanie Williams joined Music Will in November 2023 and leads the organization’s corporate philanthropy and events team. With nearly two decades of experience as an events and fundraising professional, she has planned and executed a wide range of large and small fundraising events. Recognizing that a donor’s journey with an organization often begins with an event or program experience, Tiffanie is committed to designing fun, captivating, and interactive events that not only raise critical dollars for Music Will’s programs and initiatives but also cultivate corporate partnerships, increase visibility, and deepen impact. Her passion for Music Will’s mission is rooted in her own background—having grown up dancing and attending a performing arts public high school, she deeply values the role of arts, dance and music in schools.

Prior to joining Music Will, Tiffanie served as Director of Corporate Giving and Events at Landmarks Illinois (LI) in Chicago, producing their signature fundraising events, along with leading LI’s corporate giving and annual corporate sponsorship program. She also served as staff liaison for LI’s young professionals committee, Skyline Council. Tiffanie also worked for social service and community and economic development nonprofits in Pittsburgh – Hill House Association and Allegheny Conference. Throughout her career she has actively partnered with board members and volunteers on fundraising efforts, leveraging their skills, expertise, and networks to advance the organization’s mission.

Tiffanie studied at Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. She has a certification in fundraising management from IUPUI’s Lilly School of Philanthropy. She recently moved from Chicago to Tampa, FL with her husband and enjoys dancing, running, long walks, reading, and watching her favorite hometown NFL football team, the Steelers. She does not have any musical talents, but give her a song and an eight count, and she’ll choreograph a dance.
