Senior Coordinator of Events

Cierra joined Music Will in October 2024 as a Senior Events Coordinator, bringing extensive experience in corporate, multicultural, and large-scale events across various industries. With a strong background in marketing and communications, she excels at creating engaging experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. One of Cierra’s most significant roles prior to Music Will was coordinating ‘Diwali at Times Square’, the second-largest event in Times Square behind the New Year’s Eve celebration. This experience has equipped her with a robust skill set in event planning and execution.

Music has always been a significant part of Cierra’s life. She is passionate about its power to bring people together and enrich communities. Cierra believes in fostering creativity through musical experiences and enjoys exploring new music genres, attending live performances, and experimenting with event design.

Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Cierra studied Art and Horticulture across the Bay Area before relocating to New York in 2020, where she transitioned into multicultural marketing and events. She currently resides in Brooklyn, and in her free time, she loves to travel–exploring new cultures, gardening, and engaging in creative expression through new experiences.
