Nina Blanchard
Senior Coordinator, Development Operations
Nina joined Music Will in October 2024 as Senior Coordinator, Development Operations, bringing over 11 years of experience in development, particularly in corporate sponsorship. She specializes in fostering authentic relationships with stakeholders while optimizing systems and processes to make space for these connections. Before joining Music Will, Nina worked at WRTI, Temple University’s public classical and jazz station, as the Sponsorship Marketing Manager, where she managed campaigns for arts and culture sponsors, media agencies, and corporate partners. She did similar work for New York Public Radio (WQXR/WNYC) as a Digital Campaign Manager, specifically managing partner’s podcast, streaming, and display campaigns.
She launched her career at SPIN Magazine where she supported live events and marketing efforts. Her background also includes experience volunteering with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) as a subject matter expert to develop content for a digital advertising course for underrepresented students in media. She has hosted and produced her own indie music radio show, produced live music events under her own moniker, and contributed to music festivals hosted by the Village Voice.
Nina holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Temple University, an MA in Communication Arts from Marywood University, and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Nina’s love for music was ignited during her childhood. At age 8, she attended her first concert—Green Day—and was captivated by the bold self-expression she saw. This experience laid the foundation for her lifelong connection to music and community. Today, her musical preferences span from country to pop, and she enjoys discovering new artists, attending concerts, and learning to play keyboard and bass. Outside of music, Nina finds joy in weaving, painting, and hunting for antique mall treasures. Nina lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two rescue cats.
Music Will bring you comfort.
